If you've already purchased a high-quality private hearing aids from another company, having seen our pricelist you will be aware of how much you can save on your next purchase with us. For the people who are not existing users but feel they may need help with their hearing, we will explain below what is involved in the dispensing of private hearing aids.

Stage one

Once you have contacted us by telephone, an appointment will be made for a qualified hearing aid dispenser to test your hearing in the comfort of your own home.

Stage two

The dispenser, when at your home, will ask you pertinent questions regarding your hearing history, carry out a full examination of your ears using an otoscope and test your hearing fully using portable testing equipment.

After your test, you will be fully informed of the results straight away. If referral to your G.P. is not required and hearing aids are your only course of action you will be given information as to the cost of such equipment.

Stage three

If you wish to proceed to hearing better, the dispenser will order all the components required for your unique circumstances and on completion the dispenser will visit you again to fit the hearing aid/aids. He will not leave until you are fully able to use the hearing aid/aids without assistance.

The dispenser will call to see you a week later to ensure you are benefiting from the device, make any adjustment needed and offer assistance and advice accordingly. The hearing aid/aids can be returned within 60 days for a full refund if not completely satisified.

Now that you are happy with the benefits to your hearing aids bring, I advise you wear them all day, just like glasses, only taking them out for bathing or sleeping.

If for what ever reason you think the hearing aids are not working properly, call us and we will visit you to sort the problem out, free for the 2 years they are under warranty
